I would say Valvoline Restore and Protect to keep the rings clear and oil burning away either in 0W-20 or 5W-30, I'd prefer the 5W-30 if it was mine. 2nd or equal choice Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 again from others results on cleaning and the certifications.
