Thanks for the advice. I went with a Mobil Clean 5000 in 5-30. I didn't know about Ford changing the specs so I just went with what was in the manual. I'll try 5-20 next time. It irks me to come home and find an oil spot under my car after an oil change. I guess when they pulled the filter off...
