Do you guys think it would be ok to use synthetic rotella 5w40 in my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.4L? I was considering using the walmart supertech 5w30 synthetic too but I like 40 wt. What do you guys think?

Just to let you know, the water come out clean and clear without any particles in it at all. It's just the color that changes.

How about Valvoline Maxlife 10W-40? It's Valvoline, highmileage, and Syn blend! or if you want to go on economy, then try Troparctic 10W-40 it's also a blend and usually $1.68 qt at Walmart.
