You can typically get 99% Isopropyl Alcohol right off the shelves at most drug stores. The 70% stuff is labelled rubbing alcohol and it does contain 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% something else.

That's nothing. When I was in California a few months back, I saw stuff that was rated for 32 degrees. Normal water with some dish soap will probably have a lower freezing point! Keep in mind that regular pure water freezes at 32 degrees.
