Patman..your right about the castrol being thick for a 30 weight...the thing that impressed me right off the bat was how it quieted down that 3.8 Ford V6 immediately, these engines are noisy by nature...i never expected a 0w-30 weight oil would do this...

PCV cloging up with creamy substance.

you`ll have to cut the breather hose, and the part that comes from the valve cover, attach to the bottom of the breather valve(in),and the other half of the hose will go from the side(outlet)of the breather valve to your airbox..

PCV cloging up with creamy substance.

Sure..they are round shaped metal on the outside, with an inlet tube on the bottom and an outlet tube on the side, they have a filter media on the inside...they work in conjuction with the pcv for better ventilation...whereas the pcv doesn`t act as a filter for condensation, the air breather valve...

PCV cloging up with creamy substance.

What you could try is to attach an air breather valve between the intake box and the valve cover breather hose...some Chryslers have this from the factory...see if this helps with the condensation...they`re about 5 bucks at Canadian Tire ect...easy 2 minute install....

PCV cloging up with creamy substance.

Engine could still have contaminants in the oil pan/crankcase...was there a stop leak additive used before the head gasket replacement was done?...if so,IMO you should do 2 complete engine flushes and drop the oil pan to get the gunk out..i just finished a head gasket job where the person tried...
