    oil back spec ?

    The 4.0 was excluded from the 5W20 back spec, it still requires 5W30. As far as finding a list of vehicles for the back spec you can find that in Ford's TSBs. Sorry I can't give you anything more specific than that, but that is where I found it.

    Allis Chalmers Fork Lift

    I have an Allis-Chalmers ACC 30 L PS propane powered forklift that is low on hydraulic fluid. The problem is I don't know what hydraulic fluid to add to it. Does anyone here know what the appropriate hydraulic fluid would be for this fork lift? Thanks

    GC or M1 0W40

    I'm getting ready to change the oil on Sprinter Van w/ the 5 cylinder turbo diesel. The manufacturer specifies M1 0W40 or any oil meeting MB229.5 Spec. The GC seems to meet this spec, but I am curious if it would be a good choice here in Oklahoma. We are headed into summer and daytime highs...

    Which fluid in differential?

    I have an 02 Explorer sport with the 4.0 v-6 automatic and I am getting ready to change the fluid in the differential. The owners manual calls for 80W90. I am considering M1 75W90 and Amsoil 80W90. Which would be best for my application, or any other fluids? Thanks

    FP60 as a lead substitute

    I am under the impression (please correct me if I am wrong)that one of the reasons you need a lead substitute in an older vehicle is to provide lubricity. Will FP60 perform this function as well? Thanks
