I have a 12" Lodge pan and a China made double-sided, double-burner flat/ridged pan I got from Macy's. The Lodge pan is fantastic while the Chinese made pan is a thin piece of junk. I'll never forsake Lodge again.

I have been using a purolator pure one on my SpecV and haven't had any problems.

well here's the funny part. I checked it a couple of days after posting this and my level was perfect. I'm trying to decide when I checked it and noticed it was low, if I was on a level surface or not. Whatever it was, it's fine now. thanks again.
