    Who makes this Duralast Battery?

    Legend has it Johnson Controls makes them (and WalMart's, too). My experience is that they're crap. Any time it gets <40 F here at night, they die. Last night it got down to 37 F, and the battery that is less than a month old failed this morning. Again. I think this is our 4th in about 2...

    Yes, I did a little bit of digging on it. Didn't know you could program a key with it. I thought that was a dealer privilege.

    Well, I sure found it inspiring enough to rip into my own. Now I can see just how microscopic those solder joints are. If you pulled this off, I'd say it's almost a superhuman feat.
