You might just be right. My fuel dilution went from 3.7% to 3% with a much, much warmer engine oil change.

Looks like you lowered the fuel dilution as you lowered the OCI. Might just be your sweet spot.

Also, I have read that the Tacoma's naturally aspirated engine needs the lower range version of a filter minder. We'll see.

This model is 10 in H20 part number 85-2445. Pretty sure the 75% WOT reading would be 7.5 in H20.

Okay. I went ahead and installed a K&N filter minder on my 2023 Tacoma 3.5L last week. An initial WOT pushed it to 75% and I reset it after the run. I has moved a bit since then, my guess is that it will work fine.

Love that the Tacoma has a screw on filter. Hate the cartridge style on my '23.

This is the second UOA on this oil. The difference is that the truck had an additional 1k on the engine, July temperatures vs January, and the operating temperature was higher when drained.

I'm thinking of installing an air filter minder on my 2023 Tacoma. Has anyone here done so? Looking answer from those of you who recommend doing it or not.Thanks.

Third drain & fill on 2023 Tacoma along with oil change at 38k. Spaced them at 1k. Toyota WS.

Picked up 5qts of Mobil 1 Truck and SUV 0w20 oil for $4 a quart at AutoZone. They are also running 5qt jugs for $20.

It seems to be a 2023 filter made in Vietnam. The code date was hard to read.

I posted pics today of the Service Champ filter. It looks good to me. Don't know how many miles are on it.

Actually, my daughter bought the Compass for my granddaughter from Carvana. I changed the oil and this filter after it was delivered not knowing when it had been done. It had 41k on it so it might have been a rental. Have no idea how many miles on the filter. Nice looking car.

My daughter bought a 2025 Jeep Compass from Carvana for my granddaughter. After driving it around for a few days, she had two complaints; it had a slow oil leak and only got 13 mpg. I loaded up my ramps and took them to check out the leak, which turned out to be a loose Service Champ filter...

Glad I did an UOA on this oil. I’ll run another very soon after I get back from a trip and see where it lands.
