Why Quaker State over Pennzoil?

I live in Alberta, Canada. Anywhere from -20 to +30 Celsius. Gets driven hard

They don’t directly compare the two, and as far as I can tell most of them are discussing Pennzoil Euro 0w40.

Just that the research I’ve done indicates the Pennzoil generally out performs Mobil 1.

Looking for some input between these two oils. I am currently using Pennzoil Platinum Euro 5w40 in my cammed/supercharged 17 Chevrolet Silverado. But I’m wondering if I should switch to Pennzoil ultra platinum 0w40 that’s dexos R rated… I don’t know enough about oil to make an educated...

Hi, I have a 17 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2 with a modified engine. The shop that did the work is telling me to use 5w40 ( oem is 0w20). I was going to use Pennzoil Platinum Euro 5w40 but it’s not dexos approved. Is this something I should worry about? Should I go ahead with this oil or keep...
