VR1 is not easy to get in Australia.

Not sure if it’s the Synerlec, but I’ve noticed after a couple of thousand kilometres that the engine is running really smooth at idle. I’ve had several times where I’ll stop at traffic lights and find myself looking at the tachometer to check it’s actually running!

Yes, that would work as long as pressure doesn’t get too high. The 5W30 has done the trick for me :-)

I didn’t notice it running any smoother with Synerlec. Having said that, I was focussed on temperatures and pressure so may not have noticed.
