    Milage or time fluid changes.

Only about 7-9000lbs nothing heavy. No water crossings. The cabin’s dirt lane and trailheads are the only off pavement it really does.

I have it on a lift twice a year. Once for annual inspection. Other for oil change. I do them 6 months from each other so its always getting a checkover.

The engine oil gets changed every year. Only asking about transmission and down.

    Milage or time fluid changes.

For the cost of 3 used oil analysis. I could change my entire driveline fluids twice with mobil 1. Just doesn't make sense to me.

    Milage or time fluid changes.

For example. I bought this truck 5 years ago. 2 days after buying it i replaced every single fluid in it. The entire drivetrain has mobil 1 in it. Like like stated its now been 5 years. And only maybe 7000 miles. Should i just be changing it anyways due to age? Or should i be putting...

    Milage or time fluid changes.

Not really sure what to title this as. But the question is, on a truck thats not driven much. Maybe only 1500-2000 miles a year but towing that entire time. Whats better for the trans/t-case and diffs. Great fluids changed at milage intervals regardless of time. Like ams, redline or...

    Drain oil color

Using up the left overs from my truck. And we live in a northern cold climate. Dont really want to do straight 5w30 since it does a lot of short trips.

    Drain oil color

this service fill i used valvoline advanced. 50/50 mix of 0w20 and 5w30. And the new carquest “ep” filter. Engine runs way quieter with this combo. We’ll see how it does.

    Drain oil color

We bought it cheap used and the motor failed shortly after. So i replaced that. Now 70k later transmission went out. So i replaced that too lol. Still only into this thing for 1/4 what a new van costs so not complaining. Just want to make sure im doing the right thing for it going forward.

    Drain oil color

Sorry if all my questions lately are dumb. But next one. Does the look of the oil draining indicate anything? Or is a used oil analysis the only way to know. Just changed the oil on out 2019 caravan. Engine had about 70,000 miles on it. All 0w20 syn oil changes at 5000 mile intervals. Also...

I have easy access to them yes. Im just a bit Leary about using a 20u that might be too restrictive and my trucks dual stage oil pump making it go into bypass. maybe thats not an issue and im just overthinking it 🤷🏽‍♂️

What about the napa gold? Their website says 99% at 30 micron? Is that just outdated?
