I just filled up at one in NY. I thought for some reason they were affiliated with 76 which has the highest amount of additives out of the top tier gases. I was wrong! Now I'm buying some Techron to put in the tank.

Valvoline makes NAPA's oil and Valvoline Euro doesn't have any moly in it. In fact very few Euro blends do because of the tighter restrictions against anything that can foul the cat. I don't think even Liquid Moly Euro lists any moly in the oil.
