And driving (haven’t taken it over 30mph) but psi is good when cold

3-4 psi

It has 3-4 psi when warm

3-4 psi when hot

I have a 1979 351w engine and have low oil pressure at temp(good oil pressure when cold) I am currently running 10-40 will going to 20-50 help? Engine has 250k miles and has never been rebuilt I have confirmed the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge

my local ziebart has a oil undercoating option they apply annually then they have the rubber one… I was thinking of having them do the oil one or is that a no go? If I apply oil like fluid film over existing rust will it let the interior rust get worse?

My van has rust on frame nothing structural but it is everywhere (newyork car) can I oil the bottom without removing current rust? Or must I remove existing rust first? Was thinking of having a shop like ziebart oil it… ideas?

Ok so let me make sure I understand … I don’t need high zink because it’s already in the oil? What would u guys put in it for oil if it was your van? No idea what cam I have …. Previous owner said to make sure I use zink

If I use the Lukas high zink will it hurt it or is it ok to have alot of zink ?

I know I need zink for this van wasn’t sure if the Lucas was too high in zink or not enough as this is my first older car

I want a good oil where I don’t have to do any mixing … will Lucas oil 10w 40 conventional with high zink ( hot rod and classic) work or is another brand of oil recommended ? Thanks in advance
