    My 08 Civic has a immobilizer so i assume yours does as well. That said what you want to do is fine you won't have any issues. The radio may require a numerical code to work after a total power loss. Mine is printed on a sticker in the glove box.

    Yes it has a fuel filter but it's located in the tank with the pump. Don't worry about it unless your having issues. My 08 Civic is the same 247.000 miles original fuel pump and filter.

    Yep they do that. Always install windows 11 with a local account. Never ever use a microsoft account or they will steal your data.

    I just downloaded the Win 11 25H2 ISO file yesterday and did a fresh install on my Dell laptop. I used oobe\bypassnro and was able to install with local account.
