    I finished the first 2 early changes on my '25 Crosstrek and switched over to Valvoline Restore and Protect 0w-16 with an STP XL filter at just under 4k miles. I was surprised to find it as even Valvoline wasn't able to confirm when it would be available for purchase.

    Ok, so it looks like taking a chance that the media is better is not worth it. Carquest Premium #84712 seems like a better choice then with the 20-30 PSI bypass rating.
