Meguiars Plasti-X works well If you use it with an orbiatl buffer I'm sure you'll get some very good results.

I don't think it's the end of the world. You might want to try using some mag/aluminum wheel polish(Mother's or Eagle One) with a orbital buffer. I would think that would be abbrasive enough to get those spots out. Good Luck
