I stocked up on the Carquest Premium 84356 for mine. It had the OEM style P gasket and from the cut and post pics I’ve seen, it seems like a good filter. If you don’t have an Advance Auto Parts near you, they’ll ship free with a $35 order.

On my Ridgeline, which I assume is very similar, it can be “dumbed” down. I have mine on the lowest setting and it helped a ton! I don’t get any unnecessary alerts since doing that.

I added the Pilot ground bolt to my Ridgeline today. I was looking around, and you have to remove the air intake to get to the negative terminal on the battery. The Ridgeline has the threaded hole but no bolt??? For $7 at the dealer I have the protection pad and the bolt. Not sure why Honda...

My Honda dealership had this on the showroom floor when I was in there this week. It’s a sharp looking car. I always loved the Preludes when I was a younger guy.

I didn’t like the chrome “Honda” badge on my new Ridgeline. I replaced it with a black “Honda” badge. It looks a lot better imho! Lucky for me, Honda give you a pretty foolproof template to get it straight, because I’m HORRIBLE at that stuff 😂

Valvoline Restore and Protect!

The UPF63R that I have been using on our XT6 since we brought it home have always been black nitrile anti drain back valves. They have moved from nice center hole to louvers recently though. The last one I cut open had good louvers though.

I can barely see that Reb-Co one, I definitely can’t see the old school pencil gauge :LOL: That Reb-Co gauge has been awesome, no complaints all all other than my eyes! I just wanted one that I could see, and was backlit.

I’m getting old, and seeing the dial gauges when I leave my readers inside is getting harder everyday! I’ve had this old Reb-Co gauge for over 20 years, and it works like a champ! Moved onto a digital backlit gauge this week, and I’m happy with it so far. I can see it without my readers too...

I wasn’t clean at all cutting this guy open. I dropped the parts into a dirty old baking pan I keep in the garage. Who knows that is on them??? Everything was clean when I cut them open.
