I used bait until a few years ago when we found a sick hawk in the bushes near our home. I threw a towel over the hawk and put him in a cardboard box to take him to a local bird rescue facility near us. The hawk ended up dying and I suspect that it may have eaten poisoned mice so I stopped doing...

This. I'm 6'-5" and have always struggled with string trimmers. I wish someone would make a telescoping unit. They make telescoping shafts for pole saws so I know they could do it even though I know that it would add a little weight.

I passed a quirky odometer milestone on my '07 BMW R1200GSA last week. This is probably the first and last time that I will ever put this kind of miles on a motorcycle. It only took me 19 years!

My inlaws had a 2000 Grand Marquis that was in exceptional condition. One owner and garaged its entire life but it did have 210k on the odo. They bought a new car and the dealer only offered them $500 for it in trade. They declined that and tasked me with selling it. I got the usual lowballers...

I picked up 5w-30 and 0w-20 jugs this morning for 29.97. I would have bought more but inventory was extremely low. Right now I have more in my stash than our local super Walmart!

I've posted this before but here's what I did to address leaking grease guns although I now mostly use my m12.

I hear you and I agree. After knee replacement surgery my left leg is no longer fond of manual transmissions either. LOL
