I have also gotten great service out of Walmart Douglas tires and will happily go that route when they have them in my size. I typically won't get much more than ~35K miles out of them, but that's pretty standard for most tires for me.

It's because transmissions will pump and process fluid differently based on the fluid's temperature and this can effect the fluid level reading. I think people mix this up and think ATF expands like spray foam once it's hot. The fluid itself doesn't expand any appreciable amount.

They're all hit/miss in my opinion. You may have to try 2 to get a good one, but they're generally so cheap it doesn't matter. I always save the OEM in the event you need to dig into it.
