Well I had a change of events.....maybe.... turns out the local walmart will change oil with a customers supplied oil. This means I can use amsoil :) The idea of walmart changing the oil......well I feel a little uneasy about that. Maybe if I watch them the whole time it would be OK.

I was looking at the Virgin oil stats on the site and it seems the ZN, C are about the same as the 5w30 amsoil. The M1 is a fair amount lower than either. Plus the RP has Moly. From what I have read here and what the chart says wouldn't RP be the best choice?

The reason my chices are RP or dexVI is because I have no intentions of doing the flush myself and these are the best 2 options I have found that are easy to have done. A local speed shop does RP and the dealer has dexVI. I do not know of any shops where I can get an amsoil change in the...

I went out and got some prices and I seems the Dex VI and the Royal purple ATF both cost the same (The DexVI is like 10 bucks more @ the dealer) So price is not an issue.

I have always been a 3,000 mile oil changer, it's hard for me to let it go 4,000. I know I probably could let it go longer, but it's good insurance IMO.
