Thanks, I'm going to pick up a quart of Echo B&C oil this afternoon, not sure I have enough oil to get me through the task at hand. I think the PowerCare B&C oil is just too thick for these saws.

Filled the chainsaw with the 20 wt B$C oil that was included. It's spitting off the end so my guess is it's not B&C oil which is fine with me, its oiling and that's what counts. I have quite a few limbs in the front yard that need cut up for collection.

Been using SeaFoam in all my 4&2-stroke engines for a few years, haven't had any problems. I also fog the combustion chambers with SeaFoam before off-season storage.

Sounds like the same mower my folks have. Agree about the wheel, both of theirs wore out and replacing both resolved the problem.

I let mine sit for about 10 min after a mow and tip it carb up. Come back after 30 min and by that time there's no oil dripping out of the fill tube. Has worked well, oil is generally clean when I change it at the beginning of each season.

I have a set of 10 gauge, 12' cables I bought back in 1993 that I still use (still work fine, no problems). It seems as though 6 gauge cables are recommended for jumping larger vehicles. I'm currently looking for a good set of 6 gauge cables to keep in the car.
