Looks like that the flow path might be thru the fold gaps instead of thru the media. Is the center tube perforated? Is there a bypass valve present? Maybe it was a cost reduction that eliminated the end-caps and adhesive.

Looks substantially better than the WIX sourced ones.

Would not be surprised if some low volume filter applications are outsourced and made by others. Seems like a had this opinion about some Wix filters in the past.

Oil looks fine. But "20 minutes of warm-up idling" is severe and not recommended. Are you trying to melt ice off every day? My entire drive to work is < 20 minutes and reach normal temperature in ~2 miles even on coldest days.

That is an amazing long OLM OCI. What outside temperature range over the year does the Fit see? I will be pleasantly surprised if my '13 Civic will go >10k OLM.
