That's interesting. I'm really curious as to why this happens, as much as it is supposed to help solve that issue within ring cleaning. Maybe the oil becomes so saturated without all of the crap that the oil dissolves that it makes it volatile, and that it is why it's burning after that point...

Are all of the filters under the PG umbrella that are made in China good to go? I have a Service Pro extended filter made in China in 2019. Not sure if the country where they are made/quality changed.
