    Just stick with what Honda recommends:10W40 JASO MA motorcycle oil and you can't go wrong. Read up on them at http://www.amsoil.com/lit/g2156.pdf and pick one of the better ones.

    Shell purchases their gasoline on the open market. It can come from many companies. The additive is to be put in while he offloads into the gas station tank.

    You might perform a search. This has been discussed alot before. Basically all gasoline is nearly the same, it is the additive package that is added to the gas that is different and can affect your vehicle performance in the long run.

    Anybody know of a Chevy van with 900,000 miles doing 100,000 mile ATF changes with no transmission problems using OEM ATF? How about 35,000 mile oil changes with OEM oil? There is one here at BITOG that has with the AMSOIL in a recent thread.

    You are smart to stick with the manufacturers recommended oil type. Mobil 1 V-twin is a fine oil. You can compare it to other motorcycle oils at http://www.amsoil.com/lit/g2156.pdf .

    Does your tractor have a filter? Can you put one on? Is the engine in good mechanical shape? Does it leak or seep oil? If it doesn't leak, you might consider an engine flush and then a lower priced SAE30 synthetic oil like AMSOIL's Small Engine Oil...

    Amsoil doesn't feel the need to pay for rubber stamp approvals. Nobody has disproved their recommended applications. They have a warranty for parts and labor should their products ever fail. They have been making synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid longer than anyone else.
