look at Valvoline EP high milage 5w-30 may work well for you. a higher cst may not always help, ( consider the add pac ). use a oil that is properly formulated for higher milage engines.

why not bump it up to Valvoline EP? only 5-6 dollars more? at Walmart,,,,though both oils you like are goods,,,or flip a coin. good filtration is a thing to consider.

Royal Purple 5w-30 ran nice and quiet in my previous vehicle, 1.4 eco tec engine plus it improved the gas mileage. tried Mobil 1 and it was noticeably noisily and seemed to get louder as it sheared down.

0w-30 ss Amsoil would be a good choice. and Fram ultra filter.

we used Mobil 1 grease at work for a while, well to make a long story short and a few bearings, we went with Schaeffers #274 and all was well. and some Mystik jt-6 semi-synthetic (blue color), which is a impressive grease.
