    Wix/Protec now state the media is synthetic with an OCI of 10,000 miles. New PXL part numbers as well. Haven't see any C&P here yet. Has anyone had any experience?

    Understood. Spoke to Champ/LF tech just now and the HP1 is tested from 0-500psi on the hydrostatic test. Is does not fail at 500psi. They do not have a burst failure PSI listed. FYI their tech line is very helpful. They are the way WIX used to be. We use the LF HP1 in our transmission applications

    Hydraulic Fluid in GM PS?

    I have several GM R&P systems to flush and GM-spec fluid is $$$ around here. What are the thoughts on using AW32 or AW46 which we stock in pails? Steering is just a hydraulic system after all. (covers head)

    Champ PH500 vs PH1500

    Does anyone know the differences between the Champ PH500 and the PH1500? Seems to be the 500 is a combo valve vs the 1500 is a poppet valve? I can't find the specs from Champ but the bypass on both seems to be 22psi Thanks

    Wm just raised the price by $2 in Canada from 17.xx to 19.xx for 5l. Always surprised that it is a better price in Canada for the same oil.

    Seems to mostly distributor direct.the chevron rep was here a few months back promoting it. We spent most of the afternoon going over it as an alternative to mb229.52 in the om651.
