I always use a Tier one gas, usually Costco, so I do not have to bother with Techron.

I have 120,000 on my Avalon and every time I take it in for a tire rotation they say they are fine. I think Honda and Toyota use better brakes or maybe their drivers are just easier on their cars.

I use my jack to lift entire front of the car so I can change the oil. With the engine in front it should weigh more than 50% of the entire car. Of course I jack the car after I lift it for safety. So do not think you should only lift 1/4 of the car.

Living is South Florida and close to a Costco with great prices - every 4 years.

That is what I do. I back up my files and then make an image on my passport backup drive. I then walk in upstairs and put it in a drawer.
