It sounds to me like....you have a Jeep. I highly doubt you have a problem. My jeep does all kinds of weird things when it's cold and its brand new.

Known quality? As far as I see it there are going to switch around the formula a little and slap a nifty new label on it and charge 29% more. I hate to be so cynical but that seems to be the way things work in corporate America with very few exceptions.

Sometimes it is best to run a new oil for more than one OCI before determining if it's a keeper. I bet if you ran the PP a few more times the leak would settel down again.

I just did the same. Bought the last 12 quarts. Won't last me that long but it's better than nothing.

Unless they had it in writing that they were using 15w-40 I'd go back there and tell them to change it.

I've had a K&N FIPK on my Jeep for a while now. I'd like to use the tube from the K&N kit and switch to the AEM dryflow filter. My question is inlet size. Should I measure from inside to inside of the intake tube or outer to outer to get an accurate measurement. Those AEM's come in 1/4 inch...
