Mine was off as it always stated 21mpg average and I hand calculated 20. I set tire size for vehicle and over last month it reads 20 mpg average.

Valvoline isn't going to do this as they won't honor warranty unless you change at 4k.

That's a personal choice that could be OK. The only thing is you got 28k on 0w20 and once you switch and an engine problem pops up rather related to oil or not, your self conscious will blame the 5W30.
