What are you guys using for best UV protection? 303 Protection only lasts 30 days. Looking for more than that.

I thought all ceramic coatings were a no-no now? In that they don't really work and are a waste of time and money? Some good ol' carnuba is what I prefer.

The old tried and true, world standard, Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell. I get 6 months of solid beading on a daily driver. Don't even wash it except every 6 months. New oil, filter and a wash and wax job then.

So back to your readings. 14.7psi is normal air pressure or 1 atmosphere/bar. You were measuring nothing elevated at idle. At 2500 revs, you got 15.4psi. So the simple math here is 0.6psi. So far, I'm not seeing any clogged coverts. Do the same at 4000-5000rpm. If you get 30psi then..........

You don't need all these electron microscopes for engine work. Put your hand over the tail pipe opening. Do you FEEL any air coming out of the pipe? Does it SOUND restricted with elevated revs?

So what happened to the used oil? Did you spray it on your stockade fence? That new uncarboned up oil will make the wood look like honey was poured on it.

It's not about how good you think oil X is. Depending on your ring seal and such, some vehicles need early oil dumps. You can put Rolls Royce Aviation Oil in your car. In other words I dare you to find a better oil. It still needs oil dumps. You probably sent your comments in on a $1200.00...

How about the power steering pump LOL. Bet your fluid is black. And behind the throttle body......

What most people are missing out on is these new GDI, VVT, Turbo/s and such are murder on any oil. If your engine has all three then look out. These silly 10-20k mile oil changes are insane. All the mega carbon buildup and super high heat from turbos is a killer on oil. Those VVT cam phasers...

Wondering if my Purple Power and the long time between some Turtle Wax is just leaving raw paint. If I apply Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell it returns back to full slickness. Beads back to full speed again.
