EPA possibly goes after the Start/Stop System!

I had a rental that had stop/start once and couldn't wait to return it. That's been my only experience with it. Hope to never see that "feature" again.

How Much Time do you Spend on Oil Research/Analysis

I do check in almost daily on this site and do UOA's for one of my vehicles. Even on a 9600 mile oil run, I sleep very well at night. ;)

How much a family of four needs in annual income to afford a single family home

$83k is one bedroom apartment level. It's would be hard to afford a home on $83k with $8k in property taxes every year and rising 6-8% annually.

Automated trespassing warning at a strip mall

These are getting more popular around here. A lot of them are placed in the corner of a commercial parking lot to keep watch on the buildings and parking. The announcements can be quite loud.

Rating Every DEEP DISH Pizza in Chicago (ft. Chef Leo Spizzirri)

A lot to unpack here. I did not watch 100% of the video, but did see the winner picked and agree. They did cover it a bit, but when you get into the neighborhoods of the city it's all tavern style. The "deep dish" thing is around and relevant, but it's not the predominant style at all. They...

    $.40 spread between 87 and 93 is stunning. It's always $1(or >) around here.

    Property taxes vs home appreciation

$9k on $850k. It's barely over 1%. That being said, if she's old enough she should be eligible for a reduction and/or "freeze" of the taxes. Up $2k in one year sounds like a lot, but isn't. My home is less than a 1/3 of that value and my taxes went up $900 in one year. Yes, this is a state...

The Sonata does not have Bluetooth. The workarounds I've tried all lacked quality.
