Those water temps aren't crazy high, but if you're tracking I'd be real careful not to overheat. M1 0w-40 is my recommendation.

Normally I'd agree with you but the manual I looked up is way out of date. CI-4 or better and 10w-30 or 15w-40 depending on operating temps.

I run the M1 HM 10w-30 and Fram Ultra 10k. Running the second oci for the Fram Ultra mounted now.

Try M1 10w-40 HM version. It should hang around longer than the 0w-40

I'd run 10w-30 in Australia, syn 5w-30 will also do the job. And really, since it's a commuter vehicle you could get away with 0w-20 as long as you're not short tripping. Again my personal preference is to go on the thick side
