    I change the oil once a year (usually around Thanksgiving) in the camry, have been averaging from 6k to 10k miles, did a UOA about 4 years ago just for chits and giggles. Various synthetics and grades.

    If you have a stash of 5w30 I would use it without hesitation, if you don't then buy some 0w16 or 0w20 until the warranty runs out. I'm using 5w40 in the camry that specs 0w20 and don't see any difference whatsoever, I also have 10w40 in my stash that I plan on using in the camry and 4runner at...

    In Florida we have used dehumidifiers a few times to basically draw outside air dehumidify it and introduce the dry air back in the return duct in some higher end houses. I'm sure this doesn't apply in colder less humid climates. More often all that is required by code is just fresh/make up air...

    9k BTU Daikin heat pump, I don't think they make a 120 v, most ductless manufacturers offer 240 v I think. If you're primarily using it for heating, going 12k instead of 9k wouldn’t be an issue in my opinion.

    No I didn't because havent had any problems with tires but i guess next time I will consider it.
