I really wish Supertech kept the 7317 size because I’d run those. I’m sure the 6607 Would be fine for 3k but idk if I like the smaller size

Has anyone used these? Are they worth it? Amazon has my application for less than $3 per filter. From what I can tell, it’s the red purolator with a nitrile adbv.

Doesn’t matter to me as long as they’re open lol the louvers that Fram uses are great. And the new center tube is stronger even

I believe oem is Hengst. Should say on the plastic oil filter housing cap.

It’s a slow cleaner. If you watch the video, they run 4 changes for 90hours. Which they claim is like a 4000 mile interval

Grab one of these, install it, and sleep well at night. I wouldn’t go 25,000 miles on it but it’ll filter worlds better than an oem filter

I go 5k max because my commute is only 7 mins. So I drive a lot of in town driving with few highway trips, unless I’m seeing family out of state. I’m lucky if I do more than one oil change a year

My crv consumes a good amount but I’m not exactly sure since I just got it so I’ll see what it uses first then adjust accordingly

Valvoline tests the oil for 90hrs to see the cleaning ability. They say 90hrs is roughly equivalent to 4000 miles

It won’t be forever, I’m monitoring the oil consumption over 3k, checking every 1k
