Get yourself some 12mm copper crush washers, it's all I use on Nissans and Toyotas. Hondas get the 14mm aluminum one; I get them from NAPA.

Nissan has recommended 0w-20 OR (conventional 5w-30) for at least the last 10 years, for both their I-4 or V-6 engines.
