Pulled axle and the inner race surface looks good, diameter is 1.6185" at the inner race. Not sure exactly what the spec is, but these axles have about 10K miles on them.

I feel the same, however If the seal was dry I would likely leave it alone, but don't want to prolong anything then end up needing an axle shaft. A worn bearing I would assume would exasperate the symptom...which could be the issue.

This is total BS! Insurance companies now are taking advantage of their customers. A new hood, some hours or putty on the roof, bed liner, good to go. I cannot see how they come up with this value. Are the fenders dented? If so those can be repaired. I'm hearing way too many stories like this...

My opening post....$12/ gal, about $4.50 per 50oz container Human. About the same price here. Next time you are at the store, look at the label. That $4.48 is for less than 1/2 gal...(50oz)..and it likely states the price per qt...locally it's $3 per quart, which is $12 per gallon.

Just MHO....there is no milk that justifies $12 per gallon, not even $9.
