Came off 2004 Jeep GC 4.7 260k 5k on filter. 6 qts Mobil 0w-40+500ml rislone. Same filter and oil mix when back in. I was surprised by how much stuff was in the pleats with nothing in the can. Not sure if the oil or the rislone is doing the cleaning.

I would suspect the O2/AF sensor based on the info presented. 30% lean on that bank, smells rich and 17 year old sensor. Can you get real time data?

Thanks, I am in the same boat you were. Bought a 4.7 WJ about a year ago and have had to flush whole system 3 times since the heat stops working from crud. First time I pulled the block drains I had to drive a punch through the rust on both sides to get any coolant at all to come out.

That 158 is a rich code. What were the other 7 codes? The 430 is a cat code.

Did/do you still have good heat at idle? I saw a couple comments on another site claiming these restrict flow too much at idle.
