Yep I use the Ford app daily. Tons of stuff there, you can upload your own service records, and free remote start whether it’s on the car or not. VW would not give me remote start unless I paid for the option on the car.

I realized later you may not have the transverse engine being an Explorer but it sounds like you do. I have heard of some what I would consider low mileage failures and quite a few going further than I would expect. I’ve never been able to discern a pattern though. 🤷
