    I'm not sure that you have a problem, if it starts right away, and the RPMs are normal. IMO, you should let the car idle for a bit before driving it anyway, so being low on power for a few seconds shouldn't even be noticeable. Start it and let it idle for maybe 10-15 seconds, then go...this...

    I usually replace upstream O2 sensors at around 100k miles as preventive maintenance. They can get "lazy" which lowers MPG without throwing a code.
