    Ditto, these two have been my go to for decades. The remoil wipes work great when out in the elements (snow/moisture). A quick wipe before and after and no rust. I recently bought some breakfree CLP and it seems to be doing well.

    Are you sure about this? We have a brand new one (250 miles on odo) made in Ontario, Ca and it still uses 0w-16. In all the owners manuals it still have 0w-16 listed.

    Yeah the 3.4TT is grenading at an alarming rate. I suspect it’s something more than just “shavings left in the engine”. The 2.5L hasn’t had those issues that I’m aware of.

    Yeah the UOA you have looks more like a racing motor oil than the HPL oil. I'd inquire with the lab and also HPL.
