It did at one time, I think this was before Valvoline had a dedicated ATF+4 blue bottle. I can say that I have used MaxLife in ATF+4 applications without issues.

Ok, hard to tell from the pictures, some of these have a clip to secure the axle to the support; could be seized regardless. Looks like the clip is still there?

At this point, you might as well take it out with the hanger bearing and swap the axle on the bench, if possible.
