I just purchase a Echo EGi 4000 generator. I want to pick up a NGK plug for a spare. The ECHO spark plug number is YH 461000260. I tried web searching to no avail. It is the Chinese 212cc engine. I could pull the plug to see what it is but I was hoping to find the actual spark plug number on line.

Spit the difference if you can not find the manual.

I am more in line with 15/40 in grass cutting equipment and a 10/30 syn for generators because may be used in winter time. Grass cutting equipment is once a year while gens are either 2 years or by hours if used.

2019 desert runner frontier 36,275 miles, , 6,750 miles on oil change out Penzoil 5/30 Euro L, ultra oil filter in Penzoil 5/30 Euro L, M1 oil filter Sticking with this combo for the next couple of oil changes. May change over to Quaker State Syn 10/30 when all the Penzoil is used up.

I was using a 10/30 M1HM in a Kaw 24hp . I did find it used some oil. I switched over to Delo 15/40 and it did stop on usage.

As far as a low oil shutdown if it malfunctions but at the correct level I would by pass it, I use gens pretty much on a monthly basis. Used them 10 days straight for a hurricane plus 3 to 5 days in between. Guess what I never had a low oil situation on my gens because I do check oil level...

The way I look at it if you are too stupid to run a gen in or near a house you should not own a gen to begin with. Just like the guy who decided it was a good idea to throw gasoline out of a gas container and then got burnt.

I am a 15/40 fan in air cools for summer use. My gens get M1 HM 10/30 because of winter time use.

I use Chevron 15/40 delo in my Kaw. I did find using a syn 10/30 it did use some oil between changes. Of course I am in South La so it is hot. I would not use the 5/30 .

I like the 910S. That is what I run on a B&S and on a Kaw. $4 at Walmart. If you want to go cheaper use the Super Tech,
