    FSD/Tesla driving software

Presumably FSD would have at least slowed down for the fog. I don't know if that's true or not.

    FSD/Tesla driving software

To be fair, the video used Autopilot rather than full self-driving for the test. Autopilot requires the driver to stay attentive even more. Basically, he tested the cruise control. My car's cruise control would've plowed over the dummy too

All the reports say interest in Tesla fading, pictures tell a different story

They've gotta execute on the new low-cost designs that are coming out soon, as well as self-driving. If they can do that, they'll be fine. No more half-baked, risky designs like the Cybertruck.

GM Now “Variable Profit Positive” on EVs

So GM is actually the only individual stock I own right now. Bought them after earnings. They're a strong #2 in US EV's and that's not ready to change. It's likely the USA will have more EV growth than any other country in the next few years. The Chinese division is struggling but I think...

Ford CEO Says Large Electric Trucks And SUVs Have 'Unresolvable' Problems

Ford's attitude strikes me as defeatist. There are already electric semis from several companies and electric airplanes. Getting better and cheaper all the time. Also there's the large Blazer EV and Kia EV9 that make it work somehow. I think this might really be a complaint about tariffs.

    Indie EV repair shops?

Gruber Motors has been doing it for a long time. Saved a lot of the original Tesla Roasters.

You can get an F150 Lightning for $249/mo. That blows my mind. https://insideevs.com/features/410039/best-electric-car-deals-this-month/

Walmart EV Charging Network - Finally Under Construction!

A lot of people spend the night in Walmart parking lots. They allow it. I think charging overnight at Walmart is a super smart idea if you're on a roadtrip.

    Why I bought Rivian stock

24% pop yesterday. Nailed it. I'm out of the stock now, especially since I hear Rivian is getting involved with a union. That's the kiss of death IMO.

    Cybertruck experience...

The Cybertruck doesn't need to be any longer, that's for sure. It already hangs out from parking spots.

    Cybertruck invasion

Already selling far better than the Aztec ever did. If it were smaller and had better batteries, I'd want one.

    2024 Silverado EV - Revealed

I watched a YouTube video about why the wealthy drive Range Rovers. It's because vehicles over 7,000 pounds get tax cuts if used for business. What a dumb, easy to exploit loophole. I'm sure a lot of business owners buy Cybertrucks for the same reason.

Tesla at 1.2M miles, only took 14 motors & 4 batteries.

The batteries lasting 300k miles each is pretty impressive. Obviously not the motors, but those have been redesigned for a long time now.

You might want to double check. At 50¢/kWh, payback is ~4 years. Lot better than the stock market.

    Gosun solar ev cover

It's a brand new product, no reviews yet. For vandals, I just won't unfold it if I'm parked somewhere sketchy. Work and home are pretty safe
