    Egine oil for 08 Beetle

I am curious if Delvac 1 5w40 would be acceptable to run in my old lady's 2.5L VW beetle. VW spec 502 00 isn't listed in Mobil's approval listings for obvious reasons. I need to work within VW parameters to maintain warranty coverage. Any information/opinions would be appreciated. (I have 2...

    Cummins ISM in Monaco coach

If the engine seems to be running smoothly/well and has no strange noise or excessive fuel consumption I would be willing to bet the pump is the culprit. The pump would have to be removed and properly pressure tested and inspected for a proper diagnosis. As long as fuel is found in the oil...

Does that mean these engine are junk as well???? I could go...

I don't have the patience to deal with morons. plain and simple. What do you do for a living? Engine work and diagnostics day in and day out? What is your education back ground and work history? I also see that you have not responded to any of OVERK1LL's comments.

I also find it odd that the UOA's do not show fuel. Possible cause include: -Excessive idle times -Upper Injector o ring is damaged or injector timing plunger is damaged. -Injector adapter wall is damaged behind the balance orifice -Injector cup is cracked or damaged -Fuel pump gear pump main...

I failed to edit my post properly, it was meant to say 620. Your ignorance in your opinions annoy me. This site used to be full of well educated people who voiced a well educated opinion. Sadly it has fallen to morons who spew false knowledge based on limited intelligence. There are few people...

I've only seen a 365 melt a piston when the injector has been tipped and someone keeps driving it. In common rail application's it is prominent.

Can I have high blow-by with good compression #s?

Hook a watermonometer up to the draft tube and put it under load. That is the only real way to check for excessive blowby. I have had it where the readings at idle and WOT are in spec, the second you put it under load it blows the water right out of the meter. As far as the turbo is concerned...
