I use Redline C+ in my manual transmission in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I felt like it became very slightly quieter and smoother with it. But that may be just my imagination. But it is what I run. They claim it is superior to ATF+4. I have no reason to believe it is not exactly what they claim.

How good is the filtration? Mobil 1 used to be 99% at 30 microns. I don´t know what Wix E/P or Hengst numbers are. I use mostly Fram Ultras in my Jeeps. 99+% at 20 microns. I used a bunch of Mobil 1 filters for awhile, though, because I got them for $3 each on clearance at Wallyworld 6...
