My vote would be a crossover tire, like the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 or Continental CrossContact LX25.

I had this happen with 2 sets of Continentals on my Regal. Same symptoms. My guess is one or more of those tires needs to be replaced because it's not round.

Sounds about normal based on my experiences. I usually use the Motive pressure bleeder and put the mityvac on the brake bleeder.

Not to mention you can turn the front wheels really tight which I’d venture contributes to the wear. Plus the FWD Siennas it’s very easy to spin the front tires.

Have you been regularly washing it? It's possible some contaminants got on the ceramic coating, IE rail dust.

I hate that they are made in China, but perhaps the Buick Envision could be a nice choice? They look pretty sharp and Buicks tend to get the highest reliability markings from the GM brands.

If the previous owner never used the parking brake, it's entirely possible. If you don't use it you loose it, especially in a salt belt state.
