Cheap rotors or too aggressive pads?

Brake vibration that suddenly appears is usually caused by overheating the pads. Either you over heated them or something is dragging causing excessive heat. Buy more heat tolerant pads if your calipers are fine. You can cut the rotors to clean them up but with how cheap rotors are these days...

    Are trans coolers necessary?

Id argue the plate and fin design is superior since there are multiple fluid paths. You only got one with the tube and fin. Besides id always install a Magnefine filter pre cooler.

I expensed a zero surge for work when they bought a new 50k printer, seems like a solid choice. For home I've purchased a handful of ESP XG-PCS on ebay for about $20-25 each. Have it on my fridges, TV..etc

    Visible Wireless

Used Car transmission Flush or drain and fill?

If the trans just has a screen I wouldn't even waste my time removing the pan for it. Id spill and fill or cooler line method and install a Magnefine filter.

    Timken bearings made in china?

Yup it's amazing what a small temperature delta can do when you are measuring down .000X". If they need to measure any parts from outside that room, they have to bring it in and let it acclimate for at least 24hrs.

    Timken bearings made in china?

I believe I explained your first point in my post. Before the part gets to your door there are supply chain concerns, material certs, metal treatment requirements/certs...etc. Quality inspection, learnongs from historical parts ..the list goes on and on. But yes all the items you listed are...

    Timken bearings made in china?

My purchase, durability..etc if the warranty only gives you 90 days vs another one gives your 3 years the longevity can be decided by that alone. To be fair though now lots of China makes have been inflating warranty periods to give people warm and fuzzy about buying a cheap wheel bearing...

    Timken bearings made in china?

Made in China means little. Check Warranty length from timken vs SKF. The one with the longer warranty will always win. I have SKF wheel bearings on my XJ which have been beat on off-road with no issues.
