Darn thing is pretty nice, quiet and gets pretty good MPG to boot. Plus parts are cheap and nothing is that complicated. Been VERY happy with it.

Can't help ya too much with the pontoon boats. I have a 23.3 Cobalt for the Great Lakes but its IO and closed bow for when you get caught on those 12ft waves 50mi off shore haha. The few crazies that do go out on the GL's with pontoons have said good things about Suntracker. PS LOVE THAT FLEET WOW

There are rubber jack pads under the frame on the back of my Chrysler 300 ...which are very convenient. Lost 3 years there...

Its a great engine. Bummer those opinions are still out there with it's proven track record. Will cross 200K on mine this summer without any issues....
