How can you possibly trust your tire gauge?

Get an open flow locking tire chuck. You just pop the chuck on the valve and pop it off, the least amount of air loss possible. Same as using a tire pressure gauge. Once I realized the M18 was accurate I don't check pressures anymore and just turn the inflator on and pop it on. If it's low I...

LSJr ... The Motor Oil Geek talks about motorcycle oils.

I literally knew none of those things. Call me a Philistine. It was probably one of his best videos as far as guest, info and cohesion. But really are people expecting a youtube channel to be the Ken Burns/David Attenborough of oil.

    Best gasoline fuel stabilizer?

Any kind of the 3 different Sta-Bils and a full tank should be good for more than a winter. Sta-Bil plus ethanol free gas would be even better. The original Sta-Bil has worked forever and has the longest stabilization at 2 years vs the 360 and Marine at 1 year.

1qt HPL EC - 4qt PUP oil filter @6k miles

After reading through 20 pages of the stickied thread in the additives forum people start talking about the ratio but interestingly HPL doesn't chime in there. https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/threads/high-performance-lubricants-engine-cleaner.347347/page-20 Huh, it should link to page 20 but...

1qt HPL EC - 4qt PUP oil filter @6k miles

I only have experience cooking/baking and not working in a lab so I take it like bread, 5:3 = 5 parts flour to 3 parts water. I ask because I have some EC and was doing the math but remember seeing 20% around here. They may mean 20% but the wording could be better.

1qt HPL EC - 4qt PUP oil filter @6k miles

From the HPL website: Use (1) quart Engine Cleaner to (5) quarts Motor Oil Not 1 quart EC per 5 quarts capacity It's 16.7% vs 20% so not a big deal but yeah. Unless motor oil is unlike cooking https://openwa.pressbooks.pub/culinarymath/chapter/recipe-ratios/ Searching around it's a...

LSJr. The TRUTH About Valvoline's BOLD Engine Cleaning Claims

I think it's funny that one of reasons people don't like Project Farm is due to the non-scientific/anecdotal nature of it but that's what the majority of BITOG is. There's a lot of random unrelatable data points, non-data and feelings.

Jay Leno needs a better guardian angel to watch over him... this time, fell down a 60 foot hill.

He still has a very good memory. If you watch his channel he still knows tons of facts about his gigantic collection. He still performs. Not bad for 74.
